Town skipper Gareth McAuley has revealed that missiles were thrown at Northern Ireland's players by the crowd during Saturday's 2-0 defeat in Slovenia. McAuley could switch from right-back to centre-half for Wednesday's game at home to San Marino.

Accrington Stanley chief executive Rob Heys has revealed that his club negotiated a sell-on clause and promotion bonus in the deal which took Gary Roberts to Portman Road on a permanent basis. The Blues are understood to have paid £200,000 for the 22-year-old's signature, in addition to a £50,000 loan fee to secure his services from October to January.
